This is a testimonial of success after attending the Smoking Cessation class presented by Nancy Caspersen in Pocatello on July 10th through July 13th, 2006:

I became aware of the free smoking cessation class offered in July by Nancy Caspersen, when reading the advertisement placed in the Idaho State Journal.  It was not what I was looking for when I stumbled upon it.  It was a small write-up and if I would have blinked I would have missed it.  I found the statement interesting and thought I would call the number listed and find out more.  They had room for me during the afternoon class, as the evening classes were already full.

As I arrived at first day of class, I can honestly say I was not too inspired to quit smoking.  I just wanted to see what attending a smoking cessation class was like.  I had several quit  attempts under my belt and the last thing I thought would help me would be a class on how to quit.  What a surprise for me!  The style, format, and information presented by Nancy was a real eye-opening experience.  She has a way of connecting with you and guides you through the steps you need to take to want to quit smoking.

I have been tobacco free for over 2 months now.  I previously smoked two packs per day.  I have increased my speed in my running program, breathe freely and feel healthy.  My commitment to remaining a non-smoker is just as strong today as the first day I quit.  At the end of Nancy’s class I was so sure I would succeed that I placed a bet on my success;

my custom Harley Davidson motorcycle.  I enjoy running and riding my motorcycle and have a much better chance doing both as a non-smoker.

I would recommend anyone who smokes to attend Nancy’s class.  Whether your intentions are to quit or not - this class is informative, interesting, and high impacting.

Do yourself a favor and attend!

Sincerely,

Paula Stone
